Paying no mind to the health inspection results for a decade, Thai Xpress has been my take out preference when I want/need comfort food. Being a vegetarian in the land of cows, take out is tricky. Delicious pumpkin curry year round is an amazing luxury. Tonight's curry was anything but.. when I got home I discovered my curry was full of chicken. Giving dead animals in a bowl to a vegetarian is similar to spitting in their face. Multiple times this year our order has been completely wrong, but somewhat tolerable. This was not okay.
